Unser Weinkeller ist ausschließlich auf die Herstellung von Cartizze spezialisiert, der Spitzenprosecco-Linie, und unsere Weinberge stammen aus biologischem Anbau. Wir bieten eine geführte Verkostung unserer 4 Schaumweine mit detaillierter sensorischer Analyse an, um im Rahmen eines Mini-Sommeliers-Kurses zu lernen, wie man einen Wein verkostet. Nach der Verkostung, gepaart mit süßen und herzhaften Vorspeisen, können Sie auf unserer Tour im Freien mehr über den Produktions- und Anbauprozess erfahren, indem Sie die hundertjährigen Cartizze-Reben kennenlernen, die biologisch und ohne chemisch-synthetische Produkte angebaut werden.

Einer unserer Guides begleitet Sie bei der Verkostung, die eine kurze Erklärung des Prosecco-Gebiets mit besonderem Augenmerk auf seinen Cru, den Cartizze, beinhaltet. Es folgt eine sensorische Analyse von vier Schaumweinen des Prosecco DOCG Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze: 1 Glas Cartizze BRUT • 1 Glas Cartizze DRY • 1 Glas Cartizze BIO EXTRA BRUT • 1 Glas Cartizze BIO EXTRA DRY. Draußen geht es weiter mit einem Besuch im Weinkeller und im Bio-Weinberg, wo die Methoden der Weinherstellung und einige Hinweise zur Pflege des Weinbergs und zum BIO-Anbau erläutert werden. PDC Cartizze — Cartizze Full Tour ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stumbled into this not knowing what to expect. Left with a box of Prosecco and a genuine education. The vibe is completely relaxed — no pretension, no pressure, just friendly people who know their stuff and enjoy sharing it. Our guide was great. In 30 minutes I picked up more about actually tasting and understanding Prosecco than in the past year combined. The selection is excellent. Tried several pours across the range and every one was worth it. We bought a whole box on the way out. Enough said. If you’re anywhere near Valdobbiadene, don’t skip this.
