We were in Chicago March 23, 2024. Christina, our photographer was wonderful. We paid $600 for our “photo experience” and still have not received our photos. We have contacted Viator multiple times, still no results. Our photographer has also reached out on our behalf, as she turned in the photos and was promptly paid, and we still have nothing. Absolutely do not recommend.
We had a wonderful 2 hour shoot all over the city! You should do this experience once in your life time.
