SCHÖNER UND ANGENEHMER SPAZIERGANG, UM DAS CHARME VIERTEL VON BORDEAUX MIT UNSEREM HAUS-SOMMELIER ZU ERKUNDEN, MIT WEIN- UND KÄSEVERKOSTUNG. Diese Tour wird von unserem hauseigenen Sommelier und Weinexperten zusammengestellt. Er nimmt Sie mit auf einen Spaziergang durch die UNESCO-Weinhandelsstraßen, von denen viele 300 Jahre alt sind. Wir werden fast eine Stunde lang spazieren gehen, um das Viertel Chartrons und das Flussufer von Bordeaux zu entdecken und dabei etwas über die verschiedenen Rebsorten zu erfahren, die in Bordeaux verwendet werden, über die wichtigen Weinregionen, darüber, wie man eine Flasche im Supermarkt oder in einem Restaurant kauft und was das ist die Klassifizierung von 1855, wie man ein Etikett wie ein Profi liest, die historischen Denkmäler des Bezirks und vieles mehr! Am Ende der Tour werden wir das gesamte theoretische Wissen in praktisches „Lernen durch Probieren“ umsetzen… Prost!! Wir beginnen unsere Tour im Herzen von Chartrons, auch bekannt als Old Wine Merchant Street. Am "Port de la lune" (der französische Name für Port of Moon) gelegen, auch ein Kosename von Bordeaux aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Heute sind sie alle UNESCO-Welterbe.
Genießen Sie die wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Fluss Garonne und erfahren Sie mehr über den Hafen und den Weinhandel.
Wenn Sie am Flussufer stehen, sehen Sie aus der Ferne eine der ältesten Brücken von Bordeaux, die „Pont de Pierre“. Sie wurde für Napoleon Bonaparte erbaut und stammt aus dem frühen 19. Jahrhundert. Wir lernen die Verbindung von Wein und Königen kennen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Denkmal nicht aus der Nähe besichtigt werden kann.
Wenn wir in Richtung Norden von Bordeaux blicken, können wir von weitem eine weitere wichtige Brücke erkennen. Sie werden überrascht sein, welche erstaunliche Technologie dahinter steckt, um diese fantastisch aussehende Brücke zu schaffen. Hier lernen wir auch neue Technologien kennen, die bei der Weinherstellung zum Einsatz kommen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Denkmal nicht aus der Nähe besichtigt werden kann.
Eine der berühmtesten Kirchen in Bordeaux. Sie werden die Schönheit der Kirche sehen und die Geschichte dahinter erfahren.
Wir werden auch das größte Weinmuseum der Welt flussaufwärts im Norden entdecken können. Hier erfahren Sie mehr über die Weinregionen und Rebsorten und bewundern gleichzeitig die Schönheit des Museums des 21. Jahrhunderts aus der Ferne. Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Denkmal nicht aus der Nähe besichtigt werden kann.
Wir werden ein Doppelhaus "Maisons Jumelles" auf Englisch sehen. Einst von einem ausländischen Weinhändler gelebt. Die Bedeutung von Ausländern im Bordeaux-Weinhandel.
Bereiten Sie sich auf eine Blindverkostung vor. Dies ist die Zeit, Ihre Sinne zu öffnen und die köstlichen Weine von Bordeaux, gepaart mit verschiedenen Käsesorten und Baguette, zu schnüffeln und zu schlürfen. Ihr Reiseleiter wird Ihnen dieses Erlebnis in einer örtlichen Weinbar erklären und Sie durch dieses Erlebnis führen.

We were lucky enough to be the only participants with our three group and therefore get an exclusive tour. The small tour of the neighborhood was very informative. Our guide Adrian was very nice and open-minded. Since the weather was quite rainy, the tour was quite close and we are quickly to the wine bar. There Adrian told us a lot about the Bordeaux wines and there were 4 wines (2x red, 2x white) tasted. For us it was just in the right detail and we enjoyed the tour.

I love Viator as you get to meet such lovely and knowledgeable experts like Adrian. We spent a good half hour touring the old part of Bordeaux and then around an hour tasting wine, while Adrian explain the finer points of the region, the grapes, how to match wine with food. Thoroughly recommend the tour, lovely guide, took the time to answer our questions fully and point out places we should visit. 👍🏻🍷
Enjoyed our walking tour with Pascale and discovered some lovely streets/areas we might not otherwise have visited. The wine & cheese tasting was delicious - so much so that we went back the next night for dinner! We took a day trip from Paris to Bordeaux for the Wine and Cheese Tasting walking tour, and we were so glad we did! We met Ani several minutes early at the designated meeting point and went from there. Ani is very knowledgeable on the history of Bordeaux, mixing tales of the past with the history and science of wine, doing it all with a fantastic sense of humor!
