The vehicle was nice; however, the driver arrived over 20 minutes early and he kept messaging me, calling me, and acting very frustrated in the lobby. He went to concierge and was not very nice to my sister in law while she was in the lobby prior to us coming down.

The driver showed up about 10 minutes early which was perfect since it was a very early hour and we were all ready to go. He was professional and polite. In all a comfortable experience as we ended our time in Barcelona.

Our driver showed up late to pick us up. Ot was a third party called Indus driving a standard van that barely fit our luggage. He shoved it in the trunk and slammed it closed. He sped through Barcelona like we were on GTA. Texting and driving. Thankfully we made it to the airport. This was a dangerous waste of money
