Very bad experience; I hired the service for my mother who was coming to visit me, and due to work issues, I couldn't pick her up, but then they also didn't pick her up!!! Due to time calculations, I had set the pickup time much later than the flight arrival; I preferred my mother to wait a little longer than not to be picked up, but when I gave them the flight number, they took the flight time directly, and then they used the excuse that the flight had landed (without considering the delays for disembarking) and not the official AENA time. And the driver left before the time they stipulated. I tried to make a complaint, but it was pointless!! I hope no one falls for their scam link. Greetings

A partir del aterrizaje, se contempla un tiempo de espera de cortesía de 60 minutos para cubrir el desembarque y la recogida de equipaje. En caso de requerir una hora de recogida fija o diferente a la llegada del vuelo, es necesario ponerse en contacto con nuestro equipo de Atención al Cliente antes del servicio. Ellos se encargan de verificar la viabilidad del cambio y gestionarlo adecuadamente para evitar desajustes con la agenda del conductor. Quedamos a su entera disposición para revisar su caso en cuanto nos facilite los datos de su reserva.
They left a group of 9 stranded at the Madrid airport. They left because they wait one hour from the flight arrival time. It is not quick for a group to disembark, go through immigration, security, train terminal change, and collect luggage. Instead of charging an additional fee, they left us with a transfer already paid for. A bunch of criminals!! We had to pay for another transfer

Esta condición se informa en tres instancias: durante el proceso de compra, en nuestra página web y detallada en su voucher de reserva. Pasado este tiempo, el servicio se da por concluído. We booked a premium van, whose image on the website clearly showed a high-end black Mercedes. However, the vehicle that picked us up was a van taxi, visibly deteriorated both on the outside and inside, with obvious wear and tear and without any characteristic that would justify the “premium” category. It did not correspond at all to the contract or the price paid. For a standard taxi service it might be acceptable, but not for a pre-selected premium option. Furthermore, the complaint process is very inaccessible. We try to contact to move the incident and there is no clear and direct channel. Finding an email or phone number is difficult, and customer support links lead to forms or pages that do not resolve the situation. Lack of transparency and ease of handling a complaint worsens the overall experience. We suggest that they adjust the images and descriptions to the reality of the service offered and that they enable a clear, accessible and effective customer service channel to resolve incidents.

We booked a 7am pick up to the airport. After multiple calls to the operator and driver who kept saying he was coming at 7.45amwe got an uber at great expense as it was New Years Day who arrived in 4 minutes and for us there in time. Terrible service. Have asked for a refund

The driver was almost 45 minutes late, and the private van was actually a taxi. The vehicle was marginally clean. We received no apology for the wait. Very unprofessional. Markedly overpriced.

On time and at the right place at Madrid airport, but no Mytransfers driver. Searched with 4 people, but not found. Called the driver, but this number was always disconnected. Called the main office, but was always put on hold. Finally, after half an hour, telephone contact. They went to contact the driver. Put on hold again and after 1 minute, the call was disconnected again! Called back and was told the driver had left because we didn't show up!! Had to take another taxi and didn't get our money back!! This despite the fact that we were indeed at the right place and time!!! Not a reliable company!! Do not book with this!!!!
We weren't sure what to expect coming into an international airport. Our driver Our driver was awaiting us with a sign with our full name. He promptly usher us to his vehicle, managing the bags and drove us to our final destination in a timely safe manner. It was exactly what we had hoped for and they delivered. A positive experience.
We enjoy having a driver waiting for us when we land in Europe from the US. It makes arrival much easier as we acclimate to our new surroundings. Our driver was wonderful!
The driver was at a easy to locate location with a bog sign of my name and also helpd with luggage, a real VIP experience!
