Andre was very good. Polite, insightful, flexible and on time. The tour felt worth the cost and comfortable.
Freddy was a great host! He contacted us before our cruise came into port and adjusted the itinerary so we wouldn't be driving so much and we could see more! Though he is not a French local he knows so much about the area and showed us beautiful sights, wineries, landscapes and tiny towns! He even helped us out with some disability issues which was a HUGE help for my friend with a walker and doesn't always happen in Europe! Would have Freddy again!! Merci!!

I read reviews before cooking this tour. It was nothing like what the reviews said . The driver basically picked us up and drove us to where I requested and then picked us up and dropped us back to our port . I thought the driver would also give information about the town , even make recommendations. I paid over $600 for just a drop off and pickup . When we asked questions , he had no answer for us . I could have taken an uber and saved my self $400! Big disappointment. I have taken many viotor tours in different countries many years . Never felt so bad for over paying do service I did not get

But you even extended your booking by an extra hour and visited Notre-Dame de la Garde, where I shared explanations about the site and even offered to play an audio guide about Marseille’s history, which you accepted. During the trip, you also requested to visit a chocolate shop located in another city, and I gladly accommodated this request without hesitation. Throughout the journey, I ensured a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere — including playing pop music as you wished — while providing a safe, comfortable, and private experience as described in the Viator listing. Please note that this service was booked as a private driver, not as a licensed tour guide. My mission is to offer reliable transportation with flexibility, which I believe was fully respected. Freddy is the best! He picked us up at our hotel, and we took a day trip to Cassis, we had wine tasting, gelato, saw the beach, and took some amazing photos. Thank you so much Freddy, we had a blast!

Wonderful day trip! My driver was extremely thoughtful and took great care of us the entire day. We went to Notre Dame Basilica then Cassis for shopping and lunch. It is s beautiful seaside village with cobblestone streets and cute boutiques. We also stopped at a winery for pics on the way back. We felt safe and at home with this service!
My 85-year-old dad came to visit me for a week and it quickly became clear that he wasn't going to be able to manage well in the heat. I wanted him to see Marseille before he left from the airport-- to experience my favorite things and see the ND de la Garde, but the heat and grit of the city wasn't going to make that possible. Voila -- the car. It could not have been better. Great communication with the driver, he was full of history about the city that I didn't know and we both enjoyed, we made it to the church, to my favorite restaurant (La Mercerie!) and got my dad to the airport and me back home. The traffic is nuts in Marseille and the driver was so skilled and gave us such a smooth ride that my dad was able to fall asleep in the car! This wonderful day would not have been possible without this driver, and his personality, skill and kindness made it the best ever. Thank you!
