Bringen Sie bequeme Kleidung mit, um nass zu werden und sich beim Paddeln zu bewegen, und auch einen Wechsel der Kleidung. - Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie zur richtigen Zeit an der Rezeption Ihres Hotels oder Abholorts erscheinen. Wenn Sie sich bei Ihrer ABHOLZEIT nicht sicher sind, rufen Sie an oder senden Sie eine Whatsapp-Nachricht an +506 89342626. Bitte beachten Sie :"Abholzeit" bezieht sich auf die Zeit, die wir Sie am Hotel abholen, "Startzeit" bezieht sich auf die Zeit, zu der die Tour in unserem Büro beginnt. Der Abholservice ist NUR für Hotels in 5 km Entfernung vom La Fortuna Central Park inbegriffen. Wir bieten KEINEN Pick-up-Service auf Airbnb, aber Sie können fahren oder ein Taxi zu unserem Hauptbüro in La Fortuna nehmen, wo wir sichere Parkplätze und mehr Einrichtungen bieten.

Wonderful experience! Roberto was our guide, and he made the tour exceptionally fun for our two boys (ages 8 and 10). He went above and beyond by asking if we were interested in seeing wildlife and made sure our family stopped to spot sloths and monkeys along the way. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and attention to our kids made the experience unforgettable. We also loved Braulio, who rode on our tour bus and served us lunch. He was friendly, attentive, and helped make the day even more enjoyable. This tour was worth every penny, and we would highly recommend it. Exceptional staff all around!
Our guide Imanol was incredible. The rapids were awesome but he made this experience one we will never forget. From the moment we pulled up and being directed when parking to the moment we pulled out, they knew how to make everything easy. I don’t see how we could have had a better experience.

What an excellent experience from beginning to end. The staff was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and VERY entertaining. I highly recommend Arenal Rafting for your white water rafting trip. Braulio "Macchio" was amazing as our guide.
