Arrived 30m early. Photographer 20m late because he went to the wrong meeting point. Sent 20 terrible sun-washed pics, nothing like samples. Offered extra unseen photo buys for about 50 euros.
Hi Mehra, We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. After reviewing the booking internally, we would like to clarify a few points for future readers. Our photographer did attend the shoot and completed the session. The delay at the start unfortunately came from difficulty contacting you, as the phone number provided on the booking was incorrect, which caused confusion around the meeting point. We also respectfully disagree with the description of the photos as “sun-washed.” Barcelona is naturally shot in very bright Mediterranean light, and the gallery delivered was edited in line with both the conditions on the day and our standard photography style shown across our listings and portfolio. The additional photo option mentioned was completely optional and simply offered as an upgrade for customers wanting access to more images from the session. We do appreciate your feedback and are sorry the experience did not meet your expectations.

We had an amazing photo-shoot experience with the Picster team during our Spain trip in November 2025. This was our first time booking a professional photo shoot, and Picster truly exceeded our expectations. Our first session was in Madrid, scheduled for 30 minutes. Our photographer, Josel, was both punctual and highly professional. She guided us to hidden photo spots around the city and captured beautiful shots. She also suggested poses and shared interesting insights about the places we visited during the shoot. Even though the weather was a bit cold for November, she was kind enough to help with our jackets and bags so we could focus on the photos. At the end, she clearly explained the process for receiving our edited pictures. Our second photo shoot took place in Barcelona, near iconic locations such as the Sagrada Família and the Gothic Quarter. Our photographer, Christine, took exceptional photos. Despite the ongoing construction around the Sagrada Família, she found unique angles and lesser-known spots that helped us get memorable shots. She was also very accommodating, allowing us time for an outfit change during the session. Every picture taken by Josel and Christine came out crisp, vibrant, and beautifully captured—perfect keepsakes that will help us remember this trip for years to come.
