This service was on time, communicative and as advertised. They had water and beer in the car on arrival and the the transportation was a nice suburban which was air conditioned and fit our whole crew. I would definitely use again!

It was great to blow by all the madness of people soliciting rides and people trying to get rides and go directly to my driver holding up a sign with my name in bold letters. I only booked a one way trip to the coast but found the experience so good that I also booked the return trip after my three day stay.

Had a hotel pickup at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica for ride to airport. Had confirmation and ticket for a 10am pickup. Driver no showed. I text driver and they responded 30 minutes later and said they would be there by 11am. Too late as we would miss our flight. Had to take taxi to airport and it cost $135 (Viator was suppose to cost $85). Tried to contact Viator and it sent me to the local driver which led to no response.

Great airport transfer! While we were waiting to get our luggage, the company texted me on where to meet! They also had a sign with my name on it! I’m so glad that they did because the taxis and groups selling excursions start swarming you. I kept telling them that I needed to go to umbrella #10, and then they would lie and say that they were our transfer. So heads up! Just walk past them and go outside. Also, our driver had a cooler with drinks! It was awesome having a few drinks on our way and not having to pay $10 at the airport!

Very impressed. Unlike previous shuttle companies, they had a sign with my name, we’re waiting for me when the plane arrives and sent a text alerting me. The car was ready immediately , no 20-30 minute wait. Water and beer. Efficient. I highly recommend.

The driver never said anything to us Then dropped us and all our bags at the wrong hotel I attempted to contact them immediately and tell them we needed to be picked up and brought to the correct hotel and I received zero response. I had already given him a tip, assuming we were at the right location. On top of paying for the ride that was incomplete and incorrect We then had to pay for another ride to the correct hotel
