I have used this company twice for airport transfer and both were pleasant. Driver was helpful and friendly.
We had JM Travel and Limousine services provide transport to and from the airport. I cannot speak highly enough of their service. Both transfers were prompt and efficient, the drivers were very polite and the vehicles were excellent. Also, the manager of the company Mike Loh was super helpful and prompt responses always. Would definitely use them again and recommend the to other travellers.
Mike was polite, courteous and waiting for us, with clear instructions.. Booking through Viator was very easy.

Eric our driver was very professional at he’s job. Waiting for us as we exited the terminal. He put the luggage in the back of van then off to the hotel a very smooth ride indeed.

I was told I’d be met in the hall by someone holding a placard with my name. I was also told I’d be assisted to a waiting vehicle. Instead I got a text saying go to a door then had to wait 20 minutes for the driver to come around. I also had to load my own luggage as she was unable to. It would’ve been cheaper and more efficient to grab a cab.

Perfect. Great communication and easy to organise. Norman sent WhatsApp messages and made it very easy to find him in the arrivals hall. The company were great as I made an error on booking which they quickly resolved. The journey was smooth and Norman was a delight.
