The driver communicated well before we arrived, drive was relaxing, however he did not speak English at all. It was nice he provided water for us.

This company represented that I would be picked up in a SUV and I told them that I had three pairs of skis and three suitcases. They confirmed my reservation and acknowledge receipt of my request. Then, after the cancellation window had closed, they confirmed that I would be picked up in a Toyota Corolla. A Toyota Corolla is not a professional vehicle; it does not comply with the legal standards required to get to Whistler, including snow tires; and did not have room for the luggage I told them I was bringing. I believe that this is fraudulent business practices, and a classic bait and switch. Via a tour would not cancel my reservation or refund my purchase price.

I think we are lucky to be alive after he drove us to Whistler. He didn’t know where to drop us off, and he had GPS? I don’t think he has even been driving that long, Worst driver ever. There were a few times I thought he was going into the opposite lane. This guy should not be on the road, he is dangerous.

Our flight was delayed but Jiebu graciously was waiting for us to get us from Vancouver airport to Whistler. He was very accommodating and caring making sure we felt comfortable. Highly recommend his car service!

Our driver had great communication, was on time and safely got us to our destination. He even stopped to get us some food after a long flight. Would highly recommend.

These guys are criminals, do not use them. I had a flight change due to weather, which I notified my driver, the operator, and Viator of as soon as I found out so that they had 6 hours to adjust but they were non-responsive. So nobody was there to pick me up in my time of need after and arduous journey with my young son which added to the stress, and now they refuse to issue even a partial refund for an expensive service that they did not provide. This has been an extremely frustrating experience all around where all I can do now is recommend that others avoid both Viator and especially this operator in Vancouver.
