Our private transfer from our hotel to Haneda Airport was seamless from start to finish. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our family and luggage. Your feedback means a lot to us, so we checked the whole trip with the driver. She did take highways, and she has the ETC payment records. It may be that highways are not available in certain sections, which could have caused the misunderstanding. This 3,000 yen is the agreed fee for our meet&greet service, so the driver charged you accordingly. We truly regret leaving you with a negative impression.
