Raffaele was an excellent driver and very helpful. Cost was very high (as we found out subsequently) and this is the only reason I have not rated it excellent.
Dear Customer, We're delighted that you appreciated our service, with the excellent driver and vehicle. We are Luxury Service. Unfortunately, our drivers are also more expensive. But if you think so, there are illegal operators who operate without transportation permits, who don't pay government taxes, and who don't adequately insure their customers in the event of a traffic accident. Or many other companies offer group transfers at much lower prices. The driver was prompt and very friendly. He got us to the hotel and the ride was very pleasant. On time and enjoyable, highly recommend.
Ettore provided much more than a ride. His knowledge of Italy, especially Naples, Sorrento coast, and the Amalfi coast made for an interesting and fascinating drive. Definitely worth the private drive.
Best private transfer from the Naples airport to the Amalfi Coast. Edoardo was the best driver. He made some stops on the way to make us feel right at home. He took photos for us and even stopped by to get lemon sorbet. We are so happy to have Edoardo with us every step of the way from the airport to our destination. He made it so easy for us.
We left Praiano on Sept. 27th en route to Naples and Carmine was our driver. He was a very friendly driver who was very easy to chat with. He was able to tell us some history about the places we were driving through and some funny anecdotes of his own. He even gave us some restaurant suggestions as well. It was a real pleasure to have a car and our driver Carmine take us to Naples. Thanks Carmine! We will definitely book again.
We were delayed in Rome with a train/bus strike and a protest that was in front of the Termini Station so our arrival was delayed but almost 90 minutes. However, Vincenzo (the owner) went above and beyond making sure the transfer we booked would meet us at the new time. Our driver Vincenzo (yes, there are 2 Vincenzo's working at this company lol) was great. While his English was limited, his enthusiasm and kind nature shone through. He was super helpful with our luggage and the trip to Praiano was great. While we had the correct address in Praiano, finding the apt was not as easy. But Vincenzo was more than helpful asking the mini-market owner where the apt was. I managed to get a hold of the apt. owner and he met us on the street. We were right in front of it but couldn't see the number from the street. Vincenzo was very considerate and made sure we were safely in our apt before leaving. We will definitely book a transfer again with this company. Thanks Vincenzo (both of you!!)

A great experience! Safe ride, great driver, very efficient! Picked us up on time and even told us history of Italy on the drive.
I used this company multiple times for private transfers and twice we got Lorenzo! He was prompt and professional! The process to set up the rides was easy and affordable. Would definitely book through them again!
Our driver Vincenzo was professional, friendly as he drove us to Positano. Don’t think, choose them and you can’t go wrong. Very responsive and great communication. 5 stars.
The tour company was very responsive prior to our arrival in Italy, as well as during our stay. We booked the transfer to/from Naples and Positano. We had a group of 11, so the group was split between a car and a van. Our driver messaged us prior to our pick up so we had their names. On our trip from the train station to Positano they shared info about the area and stopped at a couple of beautiful vantage points for photos. Our drivers were Carmine, Vincenzo and Georgio all of whom were friendly and helpful!
