I realize that I entered the wrong date,and I could not leave then. When the driver called and I asked if there was a partial refund. He said because he came all the way from Fez. He was very rude. I don't understand why he had to come all the way to to Marrakech to pickk us up. Now I understand why there was no refund. But I don't understand why he had to drive from Fez to get us. Info we can't leave as we are with out of funds until the 28th.

We left with our family from Fez via Merzouga, Tinghir and the Toudra Gorge, then the Dades Gorge, the Valley of Roses, Ouarzazate and finally the Grand Atlas passes to Marrakech. Our driver Mohammed Mechkaka was perfect, safe driving, and showed us around all the places to discover this beautiful road. Best Mortocco Driver award 👍

We booked Samir to drive us from Marrakech to Fes as we could not find flights. He drove safely and gave us great confidence. He was early for pick up. He speaks good English so we were able to converse and ask questions on the way. He stopped regularly for bathroom and snacks. We would use his services again!
