I have returned from my first visit to Sharm el Sheik where I stayed for one week in room 6010 at the Hotel Savoy with my wife, daughter and two adult grandsons. The flights out and back are a pain, rather long and rather lacking in comfort but they are an essential part of a holiday in Egypt. Our hotel, the Savoy, was a wonderful revelation. All the staff teams are marvellous be it in the restaurants, the housekeeping or even the gardeners . All the staff go far beyond what is requested to smile, give help and a high level of service as soon as asked, nothing seems to be a burden. The management should be hugely proud of all their staff and for the training they have given to every guest. It would be very difficult to find any facet of the stay in this wonderful hotel that was not outstanding. It is difficult to single out any one members of the staff but our room housekeeper, Hussein was a delight. Throughout the hotel and its widespread grounds the standard of care of the property is very notable, perfectly clean and well cared for with teams of staff constantly cleaning and removing any small item of dust or litter, even small leaves or flower petals are cleared away. After a long life of travelling the world I have never been in a hotel of a well priced higher standard than this hotel, The Savoy of Sharm el Sheik. I rate it at a very high level of five stars. one of the most beautiful boat trips i've ever been on , and i've been on more than 50 .very cheap as well , only 25$ no gear included . no kids on the boat which was amazing , the snorkel/diving stops were amazing and the white island is dreamy ... the staff was very kind , the diving instructor very professional and patient with every one . i definitely recommend this to everyone !!

The red sea has some amazing coral reefs and marine life. The staff in the boat encouraged me to diving. It was a amazing experience.Would definitely repeat. Food choice on the boat is a little bit limitation specially if one is vegetarian.
