Fantastic, relaxing, accommodating punctual, personal professional and immaculately clean. Guisseppie was the consummate gentleman. Even running up several lights of steep Tamorina steps the our accommodations. Would definitely recommend. Will recommend to our Airbnb provider for their future clients use. Wonderful, friendly service. Our driver, Martino, was fantastic. He sent us a text message and WhatsApp message upon our arrival to the airport. He waited patiently for us to collect our bags and take our two young children to the bathroom. He assisted with our luggage and was overall very kind and friendly. He helped us install the car seats they provided. We felt safe with his driving. If you’re traveling with a family, this is the way to do it! It made the trip from the Catania airport to Taormina much easier after our long flight with two young children.
We were deeply disappointed by our experience. Despite confirming our reservation in advance, the driver never arrived and failed to notify us of any change or delay. When we followed up, the response we received was not only unapologetic but shockingly unprofessional—complete with disparaging remarks about our home country, which were entirely inappropriate and offensive. Travel can be unpredictable, but respect and professionalism should always remain constant. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. I hope this feedback encourages reflection and improvement in how future customers are treated.
Luckily all the other customers are not miserable liars like you! you made a mistake in entering the arrival time in the booking details, and you know it very well. Our driver showed up at the airport at 08:40 am as you wrote in the booking details, it is not our fault that you made a mistake and you arrived at 07:40 am. And you continue to lie, no one has ever told you anything about your country of origin, which by the way I don't even know which one it is! It is truly scandalous the way you continue to tell lies! You also lied to viator to try to get a refund. We would have given you a refund even though the mistake was yours and therefore the poor service was not our responsibility, but since you tell lies and allow yourself to throw mud at our company, well no, we refuse to give you a refund! Luckily there are not many people like you, otherwise I would have changed job! And it's useless for you to continue lying and accusing us of untrue things, since the reviews of honest people speak about us...!!! Do some soul searching before accusing people who work of false things... if you have a conscience at all!
On time and good ride, and that’s what we want from a car service. I recommend this company highly. Car was comfortable and clean.
The extra tour was not worth the price. Tour guide very uninformed. Lots of road construction in Catania and guide had little knowledge. Very boring.
Our driver, Riccardo, was prompt, and very knowledgeable about the area between Catania and Taormina. We had a very enjoyable ride that included a stop for some delicious Granite and some beautiful sights.
Booked Taxi Catania NCC for several transfers and day trips during my week in Sicily. Vehicles were all Mercedes vans - clean and comfortable for our group of 6. Drivers were all top notch - safe, friendly, and accommodating. Special thanks to Martino and Riccardo for great service! Communication was very easy and the team is highly responsive on both email and WhatsApp. Would absolutely recommend and will be reaching out to them during my next visit to Sicily.
