We had the best time on our transfer to Prague. Our driver was prompt, kind, safe and pointed out all of the spots we needed to know or he thought we would find interesting. He was easy to contact and respectful. Got us from the front door of our hotel to the next one. Would highly highly recommend this over a train or anything else- i feel like I’ve seen so much more of Germany and Prague because of him!

Radek, our driver, was prompt, engaging and accommodating! We were able to stop by Moritzburg and Dresden, which would have been more laborious to lug our luggage through the train, find lockers and find our way to the main town of Dresden. We got to Prague early enough that we were able to take as many sights in, making the most of the day!

Please don’t book with them they said that will be Mercedes car ,the person pick us up in old car but not Mercedes and he could not speak English at all.

Our driver was friendly, helpful and a very good and safe driver. As clearly stated in the description, the driver is not a guide and people taking the trip should plan out their time carefully.

The van was old, dirty, and the AC did not work. The whole van smelled like gas and burning plastic and made our family feel sick from the fumes. There was no bottled water and the driver did not speak English. When I contacted the company about these issues they falsely claimed that there was AC and bottled water and refused to issue even a partial refund.

The van used for your journey is a 4-year-old VW Caravelle, which is regularly maintained to ensure it operates efficiently. On the day of your trip, the outside temperature was over 35°C, which can pose challenges for most vehicles. However, I can assure you that the air conditioning was functioning properly. Water was provided on board, and your group enjoyed over two hours of complimentary sightseeing, despite initially declining a small surcharge. Regrettably, this extended sightseeing caused the driver to miss a connected transfer in Prague. While our drivers are not native English speakers, they are proficient in English. I personally know the driver in question, and he communicates effectively in English. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for bringing this to our attention. Thomas was the most amazing and accommodating driver for our family of 4. So knowledgeable about World War II and European History with so much humor in between conversations my 9yo is enjoying listening to him so much. Ride was smooth, he was on time and would always find ways to show us around something.

Great choice! I couldn’t decide between the train and private driver then chose private transfer at the last moment. Luckily for me Radek was available. The company was helpful and Radek was a very courteous and good driver! We spent a couple of hours in Dresden while on our way to Prague which we would have missed traveling via train. The van was comfortable with plenty of room for our family and luggage. Pick up and drop alone without dealing with the hassle of train transfers and finding our next place in Prague were the icing on the trip. Highly recommend!

Our driver Pavel, who was punctual and friendly, gave us a smooth ride from Berlin to Prague. During the transfer, we were able to visit the beautiful old town of Dresden for 2.5 hours. It was a relaxing way to travel!
