Efficient transfer from the cruise terminal to Vancouver airport. Prompt, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!
I set this ride up for our kids and grandkids and to get to the airport from our cruise ship. They had a smooth ride to the airport and said ge was a great driver. Very happy!

Confusion about time of arrival. I called to confirm time for pick-up and person thought it was the call for pick-up so driver arrived early. When we got to the pick-up area at the port he received a call and knew where we were. He emailed us during this confusion but we had no way of seeing them. However, once we connected all went very well. Hope the driver didn't miss other passengers.

Driver was on time. Very pleasant and professional. We were a party of 7 and three members of our party had gone back inside when the driver arrived. He was extremely patient and accommodating as we had to wait for our family members to return! Vehicle was very clean and comfortable! Great experience!

Leaving the port is a bit chaotic, but our driver made the experience much less stressful. He was professional and friendly. He helped with our luggage at the port and the airport. Super nice guy!

Pick up was at the Vancouver Cruise terminal. We were contacted the night before for instructions on allowing the drive to enter the cruise terminal. Super easy. Nice vehicle and the driver was very pleasant as well as a very safe driver.

Our ride from the Cruise Port to the Airport was supposed to be around 30 minutes, but it took around 2 hours. There was a Marathon in Vancouver that morning, and all of the main streets were closed. Our driver was very patient, kept searching for new routes, and got us to the airport in time for our flight.

Ricky made our trip from the cruise terminal to Granville Island for a 4 day stay effortless. We also had him pick us up from our Granville hotel for the trip to the airport. He was very considerate loading our luggage. Both trips he was on time. Thank you Ricky!
