Privater Transfer vom oder zum Flughafen Jorge Newbery „AEP“

Very smooth airport transfer from the AEP airport to downtown Buenos Aires. The operator was responsive and the pick up guide was very clear.

Company name is Malambo Tours. My family of 4 booked two transfers with them through Viator. One for a pick up at our downtown hotel to AEP airport (we were flying to Corrientes). and the other for a pick up at AEP airport to transfer to EZE airport (flew in from Corrientes and had to go to EZE the international airport to get back to Detroit). Fernando reached out to me on whatsapp immediately and confirmed to the two reservations in English. He also reached out a day before each of our reservations and provided detail. We happened to have Alex for both transfers and he was fantastic. He did not speak English but that is not a problem, he is very nice and they are used to travelers that dont speak Spanish. He loaded and unloaded our luggage. For the second transfer from AEP airport to EZE airport (40 min drive) he drove through the neighborhoods of Buenos Aires and pointed out the neighborhoods and important things like the Japanese gardens and the embassy houses which were fantastic. Use this company, they were great!

Great pre instructions for locating driver, good communication. Driver was safe and efficient, got me to the airport on time.

We were promised an English speaking driver & this did not happen. Communication when we arrived was extremely difficult as he could not understand my texts so it was a long time trying to find him

In a new foreign airport for the first time can be overwhelming. Great experience from the moment we booked the transfer to our drop off was exceptional. Communication was consistent and accurate. Our driver was quick to communicate with us through WhatsApp and instructed us where to go. We felt safe and confident in his driving skills, he even supplied us with two bottles of water which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend and would use again.
