The vehicle assigned to your transfer was brand new, and the smell you noticed was most likely the scent of a new vehicle rather than cigarette smoke. Regarding the double charge, after reviewing your reservation, we found that two separate bookings had been made. This was not a charge made by our company. As soon as you informed us, we explained the refund process and directed you to Viator so the duplicate booking could be refunded according to their procedures.
