Privater Transfer vom Flughafen Vancouver (YVR)

Terrible experience... booked a transfer for 4 adults and luggage and the driver arrived in a Tesla... failed to accomodate us and we had to hire a taxi... refund was rejected as the supplier felt they met the transfer commitment by showing up... NOT by completing the transfer. Viator was not helpful at all in issuing a refund. Be very cautious booking an Airport transfer through Viator... hard lesson for us and will never do it again! Costly experience!!

The driver was very friendly and communication was excellent. He was on time and gave us information about the area.

All was good this is all I have to say about it. If you pay for something and you get what you pay for what else is there to say.

Because we had to wait a long time for the luggage, the free waiting time had expired and the driver could no longer wait for us, he said. Consequence... € 102,- in a pit and have to take another taxi at the airport. Very bad experience so

The driver was on time and very friendly. He also told us about Vancouver. His car was comfortable and clean.

The service provider failed to show up at the Vancouver international airport. We waited for nearly 90 minutes and had to take a taxi to the hotel. Moreover, the service provider did not respond to our messages via Whatsapp. We were so exshausted after a 15 hour long fly and exoected a quick tranfer to hotel. We are very disappointed.

Our driver was on time and he easily found us. He was very welcoming and respectful. The car was very comfortable and clean. Would hire again.

Do not book this company. They stated they would meet us upon our arrival at the luggage carousel , they instead sent a photo of which door to exit. In addition their website showed a large SUV style vehicle(Lincoln SUV) but we got a Toyota Rav 4. I was not expecting the vehicle as pictured but something similar. After contacting Viator and complaining about the price I paid ($118.00) and requesting a partial refund they took the side of the tour operator and denied my request and stated that the Rav 4 was actually a larger upgraded vehicle. Do not use this company for a ride from Vancouver airport and apparently don’t count on Viator assisting you with your complaint.

Jason did a great job picking us up at the airport and taking us to our rental home. He seemed like a level headed, conscientious person. We appreciated that he was familiar with Vancouver as well as being a competent driver. He is a real asset to your company!

Info and photos texted to me of vehicle, where to meet driver, what to do, etc. VERY helpful as never been to Vancouver airport before. Extremely pleasant driver and made trip to hotel enjoyable.
