The representative was right at the airport location as described with a sign with my name. They even sent a picture of exactly the spot where they would be. The driver arrived shortly thereafter and it was a super nice ride to my resort in Khao Lak. Highly recommend!

The van was really large for the two of us and slightly uncomfortable for me at 6’5”. We had to wait for a short time after we located our name placard. I think having name a location of where the travelers are going is a bit much on the placard but probably helpful to people with common or similar names. The driver was friendly and drove well. This is a good service.

Despite the chaos and huge delays at immigration in Phuket the transfer went really smoothly. The pre arrival information provided by Judy was excellent and finding the driver was easy. The transfer itself was very comfortable and the driver was excellent. Would certainly recommend.
