Anweisungen vom Flughafen abholen: „Nachdem Sie die Einwanderungsbehörde und den Zoll abgefertigt haben, holen Sie Ihr Gepäck ab und fahren zum Ausgang. Beim Verlassen des Zoll- und Einreisegebiets haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Ihr aufgegebenes Gepäck mitzunehmen oder zur Abholung zum Hauptterminal bringen zu lassen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie Ihr Gepäck NICHT zu einem anderen Terminal umladen sollten. Holen Sie Ihr Gepäck am Terminal ab, wo Ihr Flug landet, da Ihr Fahrer dort auf Sie wartet. Hinweis : Denken Sie daran, WhatsApp auf Ihr Telefon herunterzuladen und sich an POLITTAN zu wenden, um die Telefonnummer Ihres zugewiesenen Fahrers zu erhalten. Very professional & friendly driver. The vehicle was sqeeky clean. He had snacks and water plus Disney gifts for children. Pleasant conversation for the hour drive. A real plus was the communication. The driver was not waiting. I had to try and find a number to contact the company, the number listed did not work. I finally found a way to to in touch with the driver. I then had to wait outside for the driver to finally show up.

I scheduled an airport pickup. I followed the instructions to notify the driver of our location upon landing. We only waited about 10 minutes. The driver and vehicle matched the information sent by Viator so we knew it was the correct car. Omar was very pleasant, the car was clean and the ride was smooth. The price was very reasonable. I would use this service again.

I scheduled an the shuttle in advance expecting a smooth and timely pickup, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes past our scheduled time, which was frustrating. Communication about the delay was also lacking, which added to the inconvenience. Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations for a pre-booked service.

Never happened as to much hassle trying to find out where he was . We didn’t know the area and although we thought this was the way to be hassle free , it was very stressful so we ended up calling an uber and lost our money …
