Our driver Wang was great. It was such a pleasurable ride. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. Enough space for the 3 of us and our luggage.

Great transfer option from Narita airport to hotel in Tokyo. So great at communication and was extremely proactive. Driver met us outside customs and we headed to hotel. Our flight was delayed but the service watched our flight and adjusted accordingly. I was nervous about this because reviews on other companies seemed to not do this. The driver was very professional and a very safe driver. I highly recommend. Thank you for making this party of our trip worry free.

Needed to download WhatsApp to communicate. Communication was great they arrived on time and were able to accommodate some very large luggage. Van was very spacious and comfortable. Will use again for our next trip to Tokyo.
