My trip facilitated by - www.highofholiday.com I am disappointed with the experience you facilitated during our Sahara Desert night stay, especially given that I had clearly informed you multiple times that I was travelling with my 2-year-old child. Despite charging the same price as other reputable camps, the facility provided was far below expectations and not worth the money—there was no proper mobile charging facility, no shower, and the tents were of poor quality compared to other options available at the same cost. What concerns me most is the lack of transparency: although I repeatedly requested pictures of the facility beforehand, none were shared, which prevented me from making an informed decision. Had I known the actual condition, I would not have agreed, particularly considering my child’s needs. I understand availability constraints and last-minute bookings, but in such a situation, it would have been far more responsible to clearly say there was no suitable availability rather than selling an accommodation that did not meet even basic expectations.
We would like to clarify that your request was made at the very last minute, less than 12 hours before the scheduled excursion of 2 days Sahara Trip. Despite significant constraints related to availability, weather conditions, and transportation logistics, our team made every effort to reorganize our resources and successfully accommodate your desert excursion under appropriate private and safe conditions. you are now making this comment instead of thanking us.

Transfer from the airport to the top. The driver contacted us the day before to confirm the appointment and ask for the flight number. Our flight was late but the taxi was there waiting for us as planned with a sign in our name. Very comfortable taxi and very professional driver. I recommend 200%!
