Ankunft und Abreise ANKUNFT – ABHOLUNG VOM FLUGHAFEN Die Abholung vom Flughafen erfolgt im Außenbereich. Sobald die Einreise- und Zollkontrolle abgeschlossen ist, verlassen Sie das Gebäude und gehen Sie zum Ankunftsbereich. Gehen Sie durch die erste Tür rechts am Informationsschalter, um das Terminal zu verlassen. Wenn Sie draußen sind, biegen Sie rechts ab und gehen Sie in Richtung Groovy Grouper-Bereich. Unser Fahrer/Begrüßer steht hinter der Absperrung und hält ein Schild mit unserem Firmennamen (suchen Sie nach Ihrem Namen). Sobald Sie den Begrüßer identifiziert haben, zeigen Sie ihm/ihr Ihre Buchungsdaten und Sie werden zu Ihrer Fahrt begleitet. ABFAHRT/RÜCKFAHRT – ABHOLUNG VOM HOTEL Die Abholung vom Hotel ist 4 Stunden vor der Abflugzeit geplant, die Sie bei dieser Reservierung angeben. Über Ihre Reservierung wird eine Nachricht mit Ihrer genauen Abholzeit gesendet. Bitte checken Sie an Ihrem Abreisetag aus und seien Sie mindestens 10-15 Minuten vor dieser Zeit bereit. Treffen Sie Ihren Fahrer am Eingang zur Hauptlobby, wie bei Ihrer Reservierung angegeben. Fahrer können nur 15 Minuten nach der angegebenen Abholzeit warten.

This was the best possible experience I could have had. I travelled solo to join my friends for a wedding. Booking was super easy through Tripadvisor and Scott contacted me almost immediately. It was like talking to an old friend. No matter what schedule changes or requests I had, he was always responsive and ready to help. Pick-up, stops along the way, great conversation about the area and Jamaican life in general , great music, info about landmarks, recommendations, coming back and forth to the resort for errands and excursions, he did it all. I shared his number with some of the other wedding guests and friends, and when they returned to the reort, they said Scott was their new bestie! On my departure day, I even added people to my trip back to the airport and it was no problem at all. He is just an amazing person who provides exceptional service. Scott Jamaica tours is the best.

Our driver Scott was fantastic! Very welcoming and taught us a lot about the Jamaican culture as we drove to our resort. He offered to give us rides wherever we needed during our stay. Book with him and you won't be disappointed!

I booked the transfer on the day of the flight out and Scott was there waiting with a sign when we landed. 45 minute drive to hotel and he mentioned landmarks along the way. Just the right amount of talking, nice and chilled. We’ve booked for way back.

Scott was wonderful, he picked us up from the airport and he was on the airport on time plus he had drinks for us!! We also booked him for a private transport to a restaurant for my friend's bday and he was there to pick us up on time!! 5 star service, totally recommend!!
