Nach der Zollabfertigung und Gepäckabholung folgen Sie bitte den Flughafenschildern zum Bereich „Treffpunkt“. Ein Empfangsmitarbeiter oder Ihr Chauffeur wartet am Treffpunkt mit einem Schild mit dem Namen des Passagiers und begleitet Sie zu Ihrem zugewiesenen Fahrzeug. Abholung vom Flughafen (Hotel oder Privatadresse) Für Abholungen an Hotels oder Privatadressen wird Sie Ihr Chauffeur direkt am Haupteingang oder an der angegebenen Adresse zur geplanten Zeit abholen. Kommunikation & Konnektivität Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass Ihr Mobiltelefon eingeschaltet ist, da Ihr Chauffeur Sie bei Bedarf kontaktieren kann. WLAN nutzen Sie am Flughafen Lissabon kostenfrei. We booked a transfer to the airport from our home. The driver, Nelson Leong, arrived early and waited for us to be ready. He readily helped us with our luggage (we travelled heavy!) and was thoroughly helpful and professional throughout. Excellent service. I will use TopTour again

SCAM DON'T LET THEM STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! I paid for this 3 weeks in advance along with another tour. I scheduled it for Friday morning pickup. No one even showed up, I called and they asked to pay cash and that I would be refunded for the payment I already made. Unfortunately they are now not responding to my emails, texts or calls. I will have to fight this with my credit card company.

Additionally, on August 2nd, the driver assigned to your service sent you a message to introduce himself and provide important information and recommendations for the following day. Regarding any additional payments you may have made, we must inform you that we are not responsible for these transactions. None of our vehicles or drivers conducted any tours on August 2nd, nor did they receive any payments. This can be easily verified, and we strongly advise you to be cautious of potential fraudulent activity. Please be assured that our company operates with the utmost integrity, and we urge you to report any suspicious behavior to the relevant authorities.
