When I booked it said I would be assigned a driver who speaks English. While the driver we had did a good job, he only spoke Chinese. We didn’t see him when we first arrived so we had a bit of difficulty connecting after we had our luggage. It all worked out using the aviator app. to communicate with the driver on pickup.
The experience was good! Everything was well communicated through WhatsApp! It was a smooth process!
