The driver picked me up exactly where the company said he would, with a sign with my name on it. He was a safe driver and took me to my hotel in Shinjuku. Only concern was that he didn't speak English, and I was hoping to ask him questions. Otherwise, a very professional service.

The process was very seamless and they had a generous 90 min post landing wait time for us to meet the driver. The driver himself was very quick, helpful and efficient and got us to our hotel ASAP.
