The driver was on time and waiting when we landed. He was exttnice and carried my wife’s luggage for her. He also loaded our bags into his vehicle for us. When we arrived at our hotel he gave us directions to the front of the hotel so we knew where to go.
Beware, scammers! This company is involved in fraudulent activities. I had a voucher, and they sent me a fake voucher in the chat that did not match the original. It seems they deliberately use Photoshop to mislead clients and take cash. As a result, they charged me money but didn't return anything. This is outright fraud, so be careful and do not trust them with your money.
In 2024 there's yet brainless customers booking on fake eastern third world countries and are able to put the blame on us ?! Be smart and book directy on TripAdvisor or Viator !!
We hired two cars, both drivers were on time , presentable and ready. The extended their help throughout the trip. The cars were super clean. Driving was very good.

The service was great. But, I do not know if the roads taken were alternate roads or the main roads to go from the airport to Disney but the roads were very lonely and we did not like the road.
