They do not show up at the airport and operator did not respond when I tried contacting him. Later he said he told you he needs 24 hour notice
Hi, we are so sorry about this, as our policy the reservation should be made minimum 24 hours before your arrival. As we received your request less than 24 hours we were unable to make the arrangements for your pick up.
Damien did a professional job contacting us and picking us up! He called us to let us know he was parking and to let us know he was patiently waiting for us to collect our luggage. He was very pleasant and professional.

Not at all what we had expected! Company photos do not show actual vehicles. We were picked up in a run down dented Taxi van with no A/C and a non English speaking driver.
We are so sorry about the experience you had, The reason was because the driver that was supposed to pickup you was getting too late because of the unexpected traffic jam caused by an accident. So I had to arrange something quick and the only option was a taxi . Once again I am sorry for that.
First timers in Paris - Smoothest ride out of an airport. Driver was on time, easy to communicate with, and was friendly.
