Dies ist ein privater Transport, der Sie direkt zu Ihrem Hotel oder Zielort im Hotelstreifen von Cancun bringt. Wir feiern unser 5-jähriges Jubiläum und als Dankeschön für Ihre Präferenz erhalten Sie eine kostenlose Shoppingtour nach Cancun oder Playa del Carmen. Die kostenlose Tour findet an einem anderen Tag Ihrer Ankunft statt. Eine Reservierung 2 Tage im Voraus ist erforderlich und unterliegt der Verfügbarkeit. Bei der Ankunft erhalten Sie die Nummer des Chefs, der Ihnen bei der Reservierung behilflich sein wird Sobald Sie am Flughafen ankommen, holen Sie Ihr Gepäck ab und gehen danach durch den Zoll und die Einwanderung. Danach gehst du durch die Halle und findest den Ausgang. Bitte achten Sie auf den Ausgang von Reisebüros und Reiseveranstaltern. Dort warten unsere Mitarbeiter mit einem Schild mit Ihrem Namen auf Sie. Unsere Mitarbeiter werden Sie zu dem Bereich führen, in dem wir das Fahrzeug haben, das Sie zu Ihrem Hotel bringt.

Excellent service for a reasonable price. Our plane was delayed and a missed connection happened, but they were accomidating and got us to our hotel 6 hours after we were suppose to arrive! Great service thank you so much!

When I arrived I was told that the service doesn’t go to my resort that is in Cancun. I sent the address and Google Maps directions ahead of time and when I arrived at the airport I was told they couldn’t take me to my resort because of the location. The location is in the hotel zone in Cancun. I was confused. I was very dissatisfied

I booked the morning of our flight. I was lucky because most shuttle/ transfer services require 1-2 days booking notice. Our Driver, Bismarck, was very kind, funny and knowledgeable of the area. He communicated with us via Google Translate and it worked well. I nice touch he had cold bed or water for us !
