Our pick up didn’t show up at the airport . I didn’t receive any message or whatsoever . Waited for 45 min after a long flight and tried contacting them but to no avail.

Unfortunately, there was an error with your reservation, and it was mistakenly recorded in our system for a different day. We understand that this is not the level of service you expected or deserved. We also understand that you sent us a message through the platform. Regrettably, we did not see it in time and were therefore unable to react quickly enough to resolve the situation while you were at the airport. As soon as we became aware of the mistake, we immediately processed a full refund. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and understanding. Please accept our sincere apologies for this unfortunate error.
Ramon did an excellent job. He was there as scheduled and was very polite and respectful. He also provided several suggestions on restaurants around our drop off area that helped us get some food after we arrived.

Fast and efficient transfer from Bilbao airport to San Sebastián. Not much else to say. The driver didn’t speak English so we couldn’t chat. Probably not a good idea anyway as we wanted him to concentrate on the road.
