Very good communication with pickup and drop off time and location. Driver was waiting promptly at the airport with a sign with our name so it was easy to find him. We were thankful to have the arranged transportation because we arrived late on a rainy night and it made things way less stressful. Outstanding service! I wouldn't to book this service again.

Convenient, friendly and efficient! Driver was on time waiting with a sign that had our name. The luxury van was clean and specious. The driver had bottles of cold still water for us. Great choice.

The driver made sure we could clearly see who was picking us up. He carried bags to his vehicle and gave us a water bottle each. A very comfortable and safe drive and we could arrange a return trip.

We had an excellent time with Nicola from Koala VIP - NCC Bari. Apart from airport transfer, Nicola took us for three days tour in entire Puglia region (Bari, Matera, Alberobelo, Monopoli, Puliagnano a mare) and drop to Sorrento. Driver was on time and visible when I arrived. He carried my bags and the van was comfortable with much desired A/C. The ride was smooth and he stopped us off at our destination and unloaded the bags. Well worth the money to to have to drag luggage in hot weather in buses and trains after an airline trip.
