The meeting description was very poor. We never found the driver and had to make other arrangements at airport which was even cheaper
Dear Customer We apologize the our transportation didn’t meet our standards and you feel difficulty to find our driver! Our airport staff was waiting for you until 1:00 am at the airport! Usually we wait for 2 hours only for each customers! After 01:00 am when we cannot find you our driver left! However you can still receive your 50% of this booking. Kindly please contact us! Regards
Great service and it was nice to have something arranged after a long journey. The process at BKK is a bit confusing, but just look for yiur name on a placard and they call the driver. Be patient! It is a very busy airport.

I had to wait 30 mins for them to pick me up even though they knew what time my flight was arriving. The car was old and rundown and had accident damage.
Thank you for your feedback, these days there are lots of traffic on airport, even if car already at parking areas it will take time to reach. Also if we can recall your flight was delayed more than 13 hrs and we changed without any charges. However we sorry for any inconvenience if our service was not upto standards.
magnificent!! friendly and my husband loves the music radio station he played. He drives careful and speak in English. He knows how to eliminate the flow of the traffic and get to the hotel. I do recommend it to friends and relatives.

Scheduled a private car to pick us up at airport and take us to hotel. Had to wait 15 minutes after someone acknowledged we were there and waiting for driver. The driver could not fit our carry on luggage into his car. Had to place that in his front seat. Car was dirty with empty water bottles thrown on the floor in the back of his car.
Dear Customer Thank you for your feedback, Your Transportation was booked for 15:00 by you himself, your came out from immigration at 15:35, our park the car at parking lot, he picked up you at 15:50. We always offer our customers water bottles to drink, that was the only water bottles inside the Car. Even our driver use expressway to let you reached early without any charge. You also had very big two suitcases and extra two bag packs. Which our driver put next to his seat to let us sit comfortably.
