We used this service for AUH to Abu Dhabi city center hotel on arrival from a 12 hour flight. The message on arrival was clear and timely with follow up and directions on where to meet after getting the baggage. The meeting place was easy to find with our name clearly visible. In less than 5 minutes we were in the vehicle and on our way in a comfortable and safe ride to our destination hotel. Everything was professionally handled and perfectly executed. Highly recommend.

Booked from the UK before we left due to the good reviews. On landing I received a text informing me where to find the driver and a photo of the sign he was holding showing my name. We had to wait about 5 minutes whilst the car was brought. We booked an executive car (Lexus) which was only a little extra than a normal car. This was well worth it as it was so much more luxurious. A pleasant ride to the hotel. We used this company for various other trips throughout our stay in Abu Dhabi and it was reassuring to get whatsapp communications.

I wasn't sure which airport transfer service to use never having been to Abu Dhabi before and chose getcityride as they had good reviews. They were outstanding, my flight was delayed for over two hours but it wasn't any problem and I received messages from the driver on WhatsApp giving me updates where he was. Although I was very late he was waiting for me upon arrival. The transfer was quick and efficient in a clean new car and they were also cheaper than other transfer services. Highly recommend

Great service and would highly recommend. We booked a van as was a family of 6 and was super easy to book and was slightly cheaper than all others I looked at (including from the hotel). We used them for both transfers from and to the hotel from the airport. You get a WhatsApp message instantly after booking and then follow up info with the drivers details. Guy waiting for us when we arrived and was slightly early for pick up back to the airport. Would definitely reccomend their service.

I've used Get City Ride several times now, and they're always great. The cars are always well-maintained and extremely comfortable. The drivers are polite, professional and get you where you need to be with minimal fuss. I can't recommend them highly enough.
