Dann verlassen Sie die Gebäude zum Transportbereich, wo Sie das "Limousine Phone" finden müssen, das Sie direkt mit Vancouver Ports Personal auf dem Gelände Limousinenabstellplatz. Bitte geben Sie Ihren Namen und Ihre Telefonnummer an. Ihr Limousinenservice. Die Limousine wird dann innerhalb weniger Minuten vom Abstellbereich an Ihren Standort versandt. The proce was outrageous for a 1 km drive. The driver did not help with the bags as he was in a hurry to get somewhere else.
Hello Michelle, We apologies that the service was not upto your expectations. But we tried our level best to do everything in our control to make things easier and hassle free for our guests. There are no hidden charges for our service and you booked it through Viator after knowing the price of the transfer so I have no idea where and how the price gouging happened. Secondly, your reservation was confirmed for 9:30 AM and we waited for you till 10:00 AM for half an hour without any extra charges as you didn't got a chance to check your messages which was sent a day before your pick up confirming our pick up and the procedure for pick up from Canada place Cruise Terminal. The pick up process is from Canada place Cruise Terminal ground transportation department, we have no say in that. All the ground transportation companies have to follow the same process for pick from terminal. If you would have read the pickup procedure that was sent to you on your phone, the pick up procedure would have been way smoother. We also tried to call you twice on the day of service but you didn't answered the phone. Our chauffeurs always help guests with luggage. Usually , the door man comes into service as soon as we drop guests at Hotel. But I will apologize again If you felt that chauffeur would have helped you in a better way and he didn't. I did talk to chauffeur Graham who was you chauffeur on the day of service and he admitted that he was in bit of a rush as your pick up time was 9:30 AM and its was 30 mins waiting. We always try our level best, most of times we meet expectations of our clients and unfortunately sometimes things are beyond our control. Thank for your feedback. I really appreciate your time. Our driver was on time and did communicate when and how to meet him after we exited the cruise terminal. We had no problem finding him. He met us at the designated limousine area. His vehicle was clean and in good order, and his driving was excellent.

Exceptional service. This may have been a little pricier than other options but was well worth it. We weren’t sure what time we would be off ship. The driver called that morning and we were able to provide a more accurate time. We had two elderly women traveling with us and this eliminated them from having to handle heavy luggage. Their vehicles were large enough to handle 5 people and their luggage. This eliminated stress of a shuttle. I wish I had written down the drivers name, he was exceptional. We were staying in Vancouver for a few days after cruise. He provided recommendations on what areas to visit.

The booking was misleading. We requested a refund as the driver would not take us to our scheduled destination.
We sent a platinum Cadillac SUV for picking up 4 people. Thats what the booking was for. The driver waited for you for an hour and you booked a wrong vehicle. When you have 8 suitcases you book a Van. We did everything in our control to provide you the service.You booked this ride through Viator and had full control to change or edit you booking. This ride is billable and no refund will be issued. Thank you.
