Cruise ship to Rome airport
The driver was very nice. Communicated with us. It would have been nice to have a little water bottle.

Thank you for your feedback. All our vehicles have water on board. The water is kept in the refrigerator to keep it cool, especially in the summer. You could have simply asked the driver for it; we apologize if the driver didn't offer it to you.

Pick up was perfect! We texted until I found him holding a sign with my name. He was dressed very professionally and got me to the cruise port without incident.

No one showed
We were never picked up for our transfer from our hotel to the port. They didn’t hesitate to immediately charge our CC. We made multiple attempts to contact the company and the driver but no one responded back

The booking was made two hours before departure, when at least four hours are required. We immediately notified Viator that the requested time was unavailable and did not charge any fees. Viator will likely refund you within a few days.

Nice drive to the port
It was a rainy day and the driver did an excellent job of getting close to the hotel. He was slightly early which was great. He did an excellent job of getting us right to the front doors of the port.

Driver was on time, and the vehicle was clean. The only downside was he did not speak English at all.

Good communication from company when asking questions etc. Driving in Rome is a bit more manic than everywhere else but this was the same with every journey
