Unfortunately, we received very little information prior to pick up. The driver turned up 40 mins late, and we spent a long time trying to locate him by wandering around the ‘location’ and contacting various numbers (through what’s app, phone calls etc). We set off and 20 mins later stopped at a ‘tourist trap’ pearl farm to pick up ‘lunch.’ However, no food was available so reluctantly had to wait until he had his lunch until we were able set off again. The charging ports in the car didn’t work, so we couldn’t charge our phones. An hour behind schedule, we arrived, to be told that it was my fault that the car couldn’t go down the road because it was too narrow. We wouldn’t book again, it wasn’t reliable enough for us.
Our driver was on time and waiting for us in the hotel lobby. He was very cordial, got us loaded up and delivered to our destination earlier than expected. He gave us a potty break after 2 hours of riding, at a very nice shop with gifts, drinks and food. The limo van was extremely comfortable & clean. Would use them again.
Had a great experience with the driver. He drove us from the Ha Long Bay Cruise area, to Tam Coc, Ninh Binh. Offered us water, and offered to visit a pearl farm.
