Our driver was very prompt in arrival and helpful with luggage both at hotel and at airport. Very professional and friendly and on the way to airport told us a lot about Singapore including some history. Very enjoyable.
Great service! Driver was awesome! Friendly, courteous, and a great guy. Helped with my heavy bags, had a wonderful conversation during the trip, he provide some great info for my next visit and for exploring Changi Airport. 10 Stars!!!!
Had an Excellent Experience with our private driver. Was notified by text the day prior of driver's contact information. Was notified 15 minutes by text prior to his arrival. Driver waited while we completed breakfast. Wonderful "tour" of the city on the way to the airport. Highly recommend. 10 Stars!!!!
Communicated with us from the day we booked it... worked with us regarding changed pick up times due to check out... wish we would have been in touch even sooner to utilise them for tours as well... very professional and lovely to have a conversation with ... totally reccomend
The driver text me suggested pick up at six instead of 630. I said OK sent an email back. It went through. I have the email confirming it was sent go through at six. He never showed up cause me at 6:30 says he never got the email. I’d like a refund
Dear Mr William, All along, we communicated through the private message app through Viator. (you can refer to that message board, we can't delete anything or amend anything from the message board) On 16 Mar 2025, you booked our services indicating in your remarks that you wished to be picked up at 05:30am on 8 May 2025. We followed up with this booking 3 days (Dated: 6 May 2025) prior to the actual transfer date confirming that the pick up time is at 05:30am? You replied, requesting to change pick up time to 06:30am on 6 May 2025. Out of goodwill, We followed up with a suggestion to change to 06:00am instead factoring the time you might need for your check in as we do not want you to missed your flight. But we did no see any reply to this suggestion. On 7 May 2025, We send a reminder message to you in case you missed our earlier suggested message. Again we did not see any of your reply that you have seen or agreed to 6:00 am pick up. Therefore to respect our clients request, we dispatched the driver to reach the hotel at the last agreed time which is 6:30am (last confirmed on 6 May) Everything is posted at the message board under your booking. We did not see any reply between 6-8 May that you agreed to change pick up time to 6:00am. I hope the Viator customer service team can step in and investigate and clarify what we said is true Thank you. Regards, Ken
Very good experience. Fast and easy WA comunication, arrived in Hotel some minuts before the appointent.
Lee was waiting for us at the airport to transfer us to the hotel. He was very friendly and gave us information on the area and where to go. He also picked us up from the hotel to transfer back to the airport and again was very helpful. We would certainly recommend him for punctuality, friendliness and a very comfortable transfer.
Transfer was good and brought forward at our request at no extra cost. Received good advice from our helpful driver on early check-in and where to go for food etc. Recommended
We had Lee transfer us 4 times in all, each time he was very punctual. In addition he was friendly and pointed out a few interesting sites and things to do which was a bonus.
I thought this transfer was excellent. We had great communication ahead of time, and the ride was very comfortable. Don’t hesitate to book with this company.
