Marcos our driver was great! He text us with his picture and of his car so we knew what to look for, kept in touch all along till he picked us up!! Took all the stress of dealing with Miami busy port away
Marcos our driver reached out to me a day before my arrival to tell me he would be there when I arrived. He was very polite and professional, I would recommend Marcos and your company to anyone needing transportation. Always pleased with your service. Keep up the good work. Best.
PRivate driver pickup was to meet client holding a sign with their last name....driver NOT visible ,.....client ended up wallking out to pickup area looking for a black car (amongst many ). finally got out of his car and yelled out clients name. Also keep in mind client travelling from out of country, did not have a cell phone . Driver was very friendly enroute.
The Driver sent me a text ahead of time and we were able to confirm everything prior to the experience. Driver went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure that we were safely transported to and from our destination without incident.
I am extremally happy with the great customer service I received from Rover RSD, LLC. The Driver, Yamilet contact me two days prior to the pick-up date to confirm the flight arrival time. Yamilet was polite, friendly, and answered all of my questions. She was organized and even arrived to the airport prior to the flight. The roundtrip transportation was stress free and pleasant experience.
Chris was very polite and respectful. Definitely a safe driver also. Would recommend him for other ones.
My driver wad fantastic. My flight was delayed and he was in communication with me and waited for me the 3 hours I was delayed.

The driver, Marco, was very professional, but he also was a great conversationalist. The day prior to our arrival at the Miami Airport he kept in contact with me by phone and message to confirm our flight and time when we would be at the airport. As soon as we retrieved our luggage and make it to our pick location he made it clear which vehicle he would be in and even flashed his emergency lights to let us know which vehicle he was picking us up in. Great job Marco and thank you Viator for your service. The next time we travel(Dec. 2024) to Miami we will certainly use your service and request for him(Marco)!
After waiting curbside at the Miami airport, at the instructed location, for over 1.5 hours, our driver never arrived. I tried calling the local operator repeatedly only to get voice mail. I was finally able to reach Viator on their customer service number. They also tried reaching the local provider, but were unable to get an answer. We finally just took a cab to our hotel. The only positive part of the experience was that Viator issued a full refund within 3 days. We have used Viator for many excursions in multiple countries and have always had a positive experience. I would strongly encourage them to remove this operator from their service providers.

Steps have been taken to improve operational practices to mitigate any further instances. We truly apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused.
The driver never showed up. After numerous attempts at talking with the right person I was told the reservation was canceled on a date before the reservation was even made. When calling again too question why I got a conformation email and why I was told in a previous conversation only 4 days before all was good. I have since called to question my refund I get a re-record recorded message saying the number is out of service So no I do not recommend this company!!
There was no driver late picking up the client because there was no reservation for pickup. The booking had been cancelled Cancellation Jul 9, 2022, 01:00 PM EDT. We are not responsible for client's not tracking booking information for 8 months. Also, The same booking wasn't updated with flight information to complete a pickup.
