Hi, ich bin Alexander. Ich bin kein Reisebüro – ich organisiere und kümmere mich persönlich um jeden Gast und seinen Reisestil. Ich biete Privattransporte in Mendoza an, die auf Komfort, Flexibilität und ein reibungsloses Erlebnis von Anfang bis Ende ausgerichtet sind. Mein Minivan Ford S-MAX Titanium ist komfortabel, geräumig und ideal für Paare oder Gruppen für bis zu 4 Passagiere. Es kann auch bis zu 6 passen, aber es wird etwas enger für längere Fahrten. Ich fahre vorsichtig, bleibe pünktlich und halte die Kommunikation einfach und klar, kein Spanisch erforderlich. Über den Transport hinaus bin ich immer gerne mit Weingutempfehlungen, malerischen Bergrouten, Wanderwegen und lokalen Aktivitäten behilflich, damit sich Ihre Reise weniger touristisch und authentischer anfühlt. This is such a wonderful way to travel around the beautiful Mendoza wineries without worrying about taxis or renting a car. Not only were Alexander and Ilya prompt and communicative, but they were immensely helpful in curating our itinerary and providing recommendations / making reservations on our behalf. We had a marvelous time and enjoyed a lunch at ReNacer that was easily a top highlight of our trip, thanks to their recommendation!

Our driver, Ilya picked us up on time took us everywhere we wanted to go, had water for us and was overall a 10 out of 10. I would book with him again and again. While this trip was with my boyfriend, I would not hesitate to recommend Ilya and Malbec transfer for a girl group as well. Safe, comfortable, professional.

Granted, I booked this last minute but it was advertised as a English speaking driver with local knowledge. While the driver was very nice, he didn't speak english - or much spanish. So this was essentially an over priced uber ride.
Hi Ken, thank you for your review. I’d like to clarify the situation for future travelers. This booking came only two hours before arrival via customer support. I was personally unavailable that day, but chose to help anyway by arranging a comfortable and safe private transfer with my second driver, rather than cancelling the service. The transfer was completed as booked: airport pickup, waiting time covered, and on-time arrival at your hotel. I was also available at all times for any questions or assistance. Given the last-minute nature of the request and the fact that the service was fully delivered, I believe a two-star rating is extremely unfair, especially considering that my intention was to help and ensure a smooth arrival. Alexander was great and so easy to work with. I first communicated him on WhatsApp and told him we needed a driver from the airport to the Uco Valley, back to Mendoza a few days later, and finally back to their airport two days later. He was very prompt with his responses. He assured me he would be able to handle each of the transfers. When I suggested stopping at a winery on the way back from the Uco Valley, he sent me a long list of available options with their websites. He had checked ahead of time to make sure they were open that day and time so it make the planning much easier for me. Finally, he gave a list of restaurant recommendations with websites for our two days in Mendoza City. All was easy communication with WhatsApp. He was on time and professional for each transfer and his car was clean and comfortable. Don’t hesitate to use him for your driving needs in Mendoza!

Alexander is the driver you want to rely on when you arrive in an unknown city to see all its beauties and enjoy your holiday to the fullest. He knows Mendoza like he was born here. Take into account your wishes and interests. We organized a packraft descent along the wonderful Mendoza River. Everything was excellent, considering the safety standards and photography from several points. Impeccable! I recommend it to all adventure lovers and travelers who do not like organized bus trips.
