We went with a private transfer from San Jose airport to the Arenal area - which we needed because the lodge where we stayed was a little bit out of the typical dropoff zone for shared shuttles. The price was very reasonable compared to all other private services. The team was responsive on WhatsApp, and had an easy and safe online payment and reservation system. Our driver Edgar was wonderful - friendly, went the extra mile in all ways, showed us a delicious empanada place, a couple scenic waterfalls, and a cafe with great bird and wildlife watching. Great company for anyone looking for an affordable alternative to renting a car in CR!

We recently hired Erick for private transportation from SJO to La Fortuna, and it was hands down one of the best decisions we made on our trip. From the moment we met him, Erick was incredibly friendly, professional, and polite. He speaks excellent English, which made communication smooth and easy throughout the drive. The vehicle he brought was very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable—perfect for the journey. Erick was right on time and even made a thoughtful stop at a local restaurant that served one of the best lunches we had in Costa Rica! We had an exceptional experience using this company to transport us from the SJO airport to Los Lagos which is close to La Fortune. We could contact the company through WhatsApp just as we landed and the driver, Gerardo was ready to pick us up. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the country making the 3 hour trip seem short. Before we arrived at our destination he stopped at a small restaurant that had excellent food. This was the first time several people in our group were in Costa Rica so this made a very favorable first impression. He also knew where a mother sloth with its baby should be, and found them sleeping in a tree. This was a highlight of our trip!

From booking and confirmation to rescheduling and pickup, every step was managed with professionalism. The dispatcher went out of their way to accommodate my rescheduling request, even during peak season. The vehicles were spotless, and they provided water, neck pillows, and blankets in the van. The drivers are friendly, and their stops for coffee breaks and sightseeing along the way made the journey enjoyable and relaxed for my family! Highly recommended!!

Our flight landed in a diff country and constant cancellations but the transport company was understanding. Edgar, our driver,was very patient as our flight was delayed and our luggage was lost. He met us at arrivals with our name sign and stopped at a mall, so we could get food and clothes (since the airline lost our suitcase). He was friendly, spoke English and was patient. Even held an umbrella over me while I feed my kids. Kind man. Easy communication with the company. I suggest calling their number for direct communication

We had an excellent driver who made sure we were comfortable and had a fantastic introduciton to the country. He educated us a great deal on the culture, food and the people. He ensured we had a great meal half way through our trip. He ensured we got to our destination even when we faced a mechanical issue with the van, it was quickly fixed and we got back onto our desitination.

I can’t tell you how pleased and impressed I was with Erick and this company as my transportation from San Jose to La Fortuna. I had some unexpected flight delays and Erick worked hard to make sure I got to my destination safely and quickly. He was a treasure to talk with on the ride and I ended up booking his company for my other two transports during my trip after that and all of my drivers were top tier, spoke English well and went above and beyond to teach me about their country. I wouldn’t give my money to any other transportation company in Costa Rica after working with Erick’s team.
