Flughafen: Ihr Fahrer erwartet Sie in der Ankunftshalle mit einem personalisierten Namensschild. Sie helfen Ihnen mit Ihrem Gepäck und begleiten Sie zum Fahrzeug. Nach der Landung ist eine Stunde kostenlose Wartezeit inklusive. Hotels / Unterkünfte: Ihr Fahrer erwartet Sie an der Hotelrezeption oder vor der angegebenen Adresse (Privatwohnung, Apartment, Airbnb usw.). 30 Minuten kostenlose Wartezeit sind inklusive. Ihr Fahrer wird Sie vor der Abholung telefonisch oder über das Nachrichtensystem von Viator oder TripAdvisor kontaktieren, basierend auf den von Ihnen angegebenen Kontaktdaten. Sie können, sofern aktiviert, auch per SMS oder WhatsApp kommunizieren. Bei Bedarf können Sie direkt über Viator oder TripAdvisor eine Nachricht hinterlassen. Wichtig : Nach der Buchung sind keine Adressänderungen mehr möglich. Stornierung: Bei Stornierung weniger als 24 Stunden vor Abflug wird der volle Preis berechnet. Wartezeitregelung: Für Flughäfen gilt: Nach Ablauf einer Stunde kostenloser Wartezeit nach der Landung muss der Fahrer das Gelände verlassen und der Transfer gilt als abgeschlossen. Für Hotels / Privatadressen: Nach 30 Minuten kostenloser Wartezeit kann der Fahrer den Abholort verlassen und die Dienstleistung gilt als abgeschlossen. Zusätzlicher Hinweis: Sollte die Verzögerung die inkludierte Wartezeit überschreiten, ist eine neue Buchung erforderlich, um den Service nutzen zu können. Für den ursprünglichen Transfer erfolgt keine Rückerstattung. Rückreise: Muss separat gebucht werden (gleiches Verfahren wie bei der Hinreise).
