Wegbeschreibung: Wenn Sie im Terminal 1 ankommen, befindet sich Ihr Fahrer beim Postamt. Wenn Sie im Terminal 2 ankommen, wartet Ihr Fahrer am Aena-Informationspunkt unter dem grünen Dach. Wenn Sie im Terminal 4 ankommen, wartet Ihr Fahrer in der Ankunftslounge (Bar Bareto Madrid).

Pick up booked - confirmed - no pick up. After several calls and text I get a text back that confirmation was done due to a glitch in the system. Please take a cab!

We did not take this ride, our luggage was delayed and therefore the driver had to leave. We took a cab instead.

Everything was seamless, the driver was waiting for us with a sign right outside of the arrivals hall doors. He was polite and very accommodating of our luggage. Perfect sized vehicle to accommodate a family of 4.

After long flight it was nice to have someone waiting for you to transfer you to your stay. We were a party of 6 and the van accommodated all our luggage’s without any problems.
