We arrived earlier then expected at Heathrow and called to let them know. We did not have to wait long for our driver to arrive. He was friendly, professional and shared a few ideas as to sights to see and things to do in London during our stay. We were very happy with this service and would highly recommend them .

We were scheduled to be picked up at 0630 for a taxi to Heathrow airport. We received a call at 0615 canceling our trip. No alternative was offered leaving us scrambling to find a ride.

We booked a pick up time of 1pm. Driver arrived an hour and 30 minutes late and only after I called twice. We were not met with any apologies but rather an excuse of “traffic”. The ride was comfortable.

Viator does not vet these operators. XRide is a corrupt business! I was charged $130 through viator. Then the driver wanted me to pay for the parking fees that were Included through viator. The cab driver got my credit card information and created an account on Bolt app. He then charged me another $52!! Then I checked my bank and someone tried to access the account with small fraudulent charges! I never once gave my credit card to the.company, only viator! I even gave him a tip! The bolt company which I never used said that I had a ride! No crap! An already paid ride! This company iand Bolt is corrupt and viator should be ashamed and never use them on their app! XRIDE in the UK

We reserved a private taxi at LHR. We were given the wrong pick up point, waited over 30 minutes for to meet driver, given the wrong car type and license plate, and communication with tour operator, driver and us was very poor.

The driver let us out at the wrong hotel. We had to walk a quarter of a mile to our correct hotel. I am going to request part of my money back.

Whilst the driver was late, I was kept updated numerous times. He was friendly and very helpful loading and unloading our luggage.
