Sie besuchen das Porcelain House, das eigenwillige Porzellanmuseum, das in der Kolonialarchitektur-Zone der Five Great Avenues, das Tianjin Eye-Riesenrad und die Ancient Culture Street und das Mittagessen auf der Tianjin-Küche enthalten ist.

Sie können jederzeit zwischen 8:00 Uhr und 9:30 Uhr abreisen. Ihr privater Reiseleiter holt Sie von Ihrem Hotel ab und bringt Sie zu einer kurzen Fahrt zum Pekinger Südbahnhof. Wenn Sie mit dem Hochgeschwindigkeitszug reisen, dauert es etwa eine halbe Stunde, bis Sie Tianjin erreichen - auch wenn es 137 Kilometer von Peking entfernt ist.
Bei der Ankunft werden Sie in ein geeignetes Fahrzeug umsteigen: einen Bus, einen Minivan oder ein Auto mit einem privaten Fahrer oder für Gruppen von drei oder weniger ein Taxi. Ihr erster Halt ist das Porcelain House, eine im französischen Stil errichtete Villa aus den 1920er Jahren, die mit Tausenden von antikem Porzellan überzogen ist. Neben dem erstaunlichen Äußeren beherbergt das 4.200 Quadratmeter große Interieur ein Museum für Porzellan und Antiquitäten, darunter spektakuläre Marmorschnitzereien, Kristall und Halbedelsteine aus der Sammlung des Inhabers, Zhang Lianzhi .
Als Nächstes entdecken Sie mehr über Tianjins internationale Vergangenheit mit einem Besuch der Five Great Avenues (Wudadao), einem Gebiet, in dem über 2.000 Villen im Gartenstil untergebracht sind, die in den 1920er und 1930er Jahren von den Besatzungsmächten erbaut wurden. Vielleicht möchten Sie mit einer Pferdekutsche durch die Gegend fahren (eigene Kosten), um die architektonische Pracht von ihrer besten Seite zu erfassen. Ihr Guide wird Sie beim Mittagessen in einem lokalen Restaurant in die Küche von Tianjin einführen: Wie es der viertgrößten Stadt Chinas entspricht, ist Tianjins Essen in ganz China berühmt.
Nach dem Mittagessen besuchen Sie ein Wahrzeichen des heutigen Tianjin: das Tianjin Eye. Dieses 120 Meter lange Riesenrad ist über der Yongle-Brücke gebaut: Es ist offiziell das erste und einzige Beobachtungsrad, das über einer Brücke gebaut wurde. Jede der 64 Passagierkapseln kann 8 Passagiere transportieren, was eine maximale Kapazität von 768 Passagieren pro Stunde ergibt und 30 Minuten dauert, um eine Rotation durchzuführen. Genießen Sie eine spektakuläre Aussicht, die sich bis zu 40 Kilometer in die Ferne von ihrem höchsten Punkt aus erstreckt.
Ihre letzte Station ist die Tianjin Ancient Culture Street, das wichtigste Einkaufsziel der Stadt für traditionelle chinesische Waren. Neben dem Tianhou-Tempel und dem Schuhmuseum gibt es fast 100 Geschäfte, die Waren aus Stickereien und Kalligrafien an Teesets, Siegel und Figuren sowie Tianjin-Spezialitäten verkaufen. Von hier aus kehren Sie zum Bahnhof Tianjin zurück und besteigen Ihren Hochgeschwindigkeitszug nach Peking. Ihr Guide bringt Sie zwischen 16.00 Uhr und 17.30 Uhr zurück in Ihr Hotel.

⸻ We are extremely pleased we did this day trip. The guide was able to showcase the city to us, and the thoughtful planning made the experience both enjoyable and memorable. The itinerary involved quite a bit of walking, which requires a good level of fitness. It was assumed we were up for it, and thankfully we were able to complete the journey and spend hours exploring. The guide’s extensive knowledge was impressive — that we were shared fascinating historical insights and architectural details that we greatly appreciated. We also enjoyed lunch at a local restaurant. The recommended dishes were absolutely delicious. By the time we left at 7pm, the light show on the buildings along the river also started. The fast speed train is also another enjoyable experience.

The trip from Beijing to Tianjin was amazing..Everything was perfectly organised by our guide Maggie..she took great care of us and made sure that we see everything included in the tour..since my husband is a vegetarian she made sure that he eats comfortably..the European and the Chinese streets were great and the Tianjin eye was also very good..all in all thanks to our tour guide Maggie who communicated well in English and made the trip a success 👍🏻
