Die Nicolás Avellaneda Fähre, offiziell die Nicolás Avellaneda Riachuelo Fähre oder einfach Puente Transportador, ist eine Fähre in Buenos Aires, Argentinien, die 1914 eingeweiht und bis 1960 betrieben wurde. 2011 begannen die Arbeiten, sie zu sanieren und nach 6 Jahren Am 27. September 2017 wurde die Fähre nach 60 Jahren Inaktivität wieder in Betrieb genommen. Diese Reise zur Wiedereröffnung wurde von Journalisten, Mitarbeitern von National Roads, die an der Reparatur der Fähre beteiligt waren, und Nachbarn, die in einer Auslosung ausgewählt wurden, unternommen. Dies ist die einzige geplante Reise, und es ist noch nicht klar, wie die Fähre eingesetzt wird.

My husband and I wanted a private tour and were able to get just that. Juan Manuel was full of knowledge and was so helpful during the tour. I highly recommend Juan as a guide and we both feel so grateful to have been show around La Boca by him. He was friendly, welcoming, and taught us so much about the rich history and neighborhood. He showed us around the main parts and a few less obvious areas. 10/10 would recommend and book with him again!

Juan Manuel was ver knowledgeable and flexible with our stops. He taught me a lot of cool facts about Argentinian history, tango and art of the city. I absolutely recommend this tour and Juan as your guide!!

Our guide was knowledgeable but he added 2 people to our private tour without letting us know in advance. The tour was advertised as 4 hours but ours ended after only 2 hours.
Good afternoon. Thank you for your comment, all our tours are small groups. Sometimes the tours, like in La Boca neighbourhood or the Museums, may incorporate new passengers, but always in small groups with a guide fully dedicated to your attention. In any case, the tour was carried out as planned by walking through the entire touristic area of La Boca. All walking tours have a duration of 120 to 150 minutes (2 hours or 2 hours 30 minutes) depending on the interest of the passengers.
Elizabeth our guide was awesome. We had some miscommunication as regard to a meeting spot and she tracked us down a half an hour after tour was suppose to start. She then took us on tour and was a wealth of information on the history of the area. Thank you so much Elizabeth !

I loved the color of the neighborhood, it is clearly an area for tourists but it retains its charm, it would seem somewhat dangerous if one left the path

Elizabeth was our guide for the walking tour. She had lots of information for us and was very nice. Walked around la boca and la caminita and she informed us of the history and showed us the important sites etc. She even helped us with recommendations for lunch and other places to see in the city during our time in buenos aires. Highly recommend!!
