Genießen Sie eine angenehme und sichere Fahrt mit einem professionellen Transferservice. Die Fahrt dauert drei Stunden und unser Fahrer kann an jedem Ort entlang der Strecke anhalten, damit Sie einige der strategischen Gebiete genießen können, wie zum Beispiel den Fluss Tarcoles, wo Sie von der Brücke aus leicht die erstaunlich großen Krokodile beobachten und fotografieren können. Sie können auch an typischen Restaurants oder Souvenirläden anhalten (keine zusätzlichen Kosten). Unsere Vans verfügen über WLAN und unser Fahrer nimmt eine Kühlbox mit kaltem Wasser mit. Auch wenn Sie während Ihrer Aktivität eine Tour arrangieren möchten, würden wir uns freuen, dies für Sie zu organisieren.

We used Jade tours to take us from Arenal to Manuel Antonio. Rodrigo was a friendly, knowledgeable guide. He knew a lot about the area and got us there safely and quickly. We liked him so much, we requested him for our ride from Manuel Antonio back to the airport. They were very responsive and flexible when our times needed changed. Don’t hesitate to use them for your travel needs.
I have been very disappointed with my interactions with Jade Tours. Their website states cheaper prices than what they quoted me when I reached out to them on WhatsApp. Their website doesn't indicate different prices depending on the number of people who book. The website only shows that the booking needs to be a minimum of 2 people. It would have been fine if they would have politely responded explaining to me that there is an actual price difference and it's not clearly stated on the website. Instead, the person who responded was so rude! This person responded to me as if I'm stupid and I should assume that there would be a price difference. Anyway, there are plenty of tour companies in Costa Rica who have been very polite when I've reached out. It's unfortunate that this company has such rude staff.
Dear client, Your review is completely a big lie. Because we weren't rude at all with you. Yes, we offer a transportation with crocodile tour package. Although, this is a shared service tour. When you contacted us through WhatsApp, we politely explained you that it wasn't possible to open this service with only 2 people and you kept being insistent mentioning that "this was a bummer", so our receptionist tried to explain that obviously, it wasn't the same charging six people than just two. Your reaction to the word "obviously" was overreacting, saying that we have tried to say that you are stupid. Honestly, I have no idea if you really are. Although with your reaction we can tell that you may have some anxious syndrome troubles. We contacted the TripAdvisor Content Integrity Department to remove your review, as we have the WhatsApp conversation history and we can show that you are lying and your review its more a comment to damage us just because you didn't like us. It's a shame that a person like you tries to damage a local business without a real reason. On the other hand you didn't have our transportation service to give us a real qualification.
