Kreieren auch Sie Ihre eigene Symbiose aus unserer Merlot Cuvée mit 4 verschiedenen Jahrgängen. Sie werden die von den Önologen und uns angewandten Verschnitttechniken entdecken!

It was a great experience at a great price. I learned a lot and the owner was very nice. I recommend it a lot to anyone interested in the topic.

Our guide was charming young lady who brought great vibrance & patience to our blending. It became very clear when trying other amateur ’enologists’ the complexing of getting the ratio’s correct.
A great find for an authentic viewing of the whole wine experience. Solen was a fantastic, knowledgable and generous host, and we thoroughly enjoyed creating our own wine and exploring the vinyard.

We had a wonderful time at Chateau Saint-Barbe with Solène. She was an excellent guide and showed us the around the property before bringing us to our tasting. We learned a lot about wine and had a complete blast blending and bottling our own! The tour is great for the value. We took the bus from Bordeaux--it was straightforward and the bus drops you off very close to the Chateau. Solène accommodated our bus schedule, allowing us to start and end early.

It was an excellent experience. Solne was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were the only attendants on that day and she gave us a very interesting tour of the vineyards and the chateau. Afterwards we enjoyed a lot the experience of the blending workshop and came back home with a bottle of our own blended wine. Definitely recommended!
This was so much fun and way more interesting than a wine tasting. We tasted 5 different wines, were given enough wine to create a blend that each of us liked and then created our very own blended bottle of wine!! How many tastings do you go to where you can take a bottle home with you? And you know you like it because you created it!! We came up with our own wine label and corked it after adding our blend into a bottle. Highly recommend!! Only downside, you have to get yourself out to the winery, which is 40min outside of Bordeaux.
Thank you very much for your comment, we are delighted that you enjoyed this activity, for us it was essential to offer an original activity different from the classic visit - tasting. The château is 40 minutes away by public transport but only 20 minutes by car ... It also allows you to get away from the city traffic for a few hours.
